THE CONTEXT BEHIND THE NUMBERS

Every view has a job to do.

The same framework works for any restaurant or restaurant group. Your questions, competitors, brands, and priorities are tailored to your business.

01 / MEASURE

How visible are we?

Follow visibility, sentiment, and position across your tracked questions. Daily scans build a history so you can see movement, rather than relying on one answer.

Understand the three measures

Visibility is the share of tracked AI answers that name your business. Sentiment measures how positively it is described on a 0–100 scale. Position shows where you appear, with 1 meaning mentioned first. Date and engine filters help you inspect differences; prior-period comparisons need enough scan history.

02 / LISTEN

What questions matter?

See the buying questions we monitor, which ones mention you, and where you are missing. Open actual AI responses to understand the wording behind a score.

Questions and answer history

Your prompt set is selected for your services, products, audience, and locations. It is a monitoring set, not a log of individual customers’ searches. The audit summarizes tracked questions and measured results. Answer history shows mentions, misses, position, sentiment, and collection time. Volume and difficulty may be unavailable.

03 / COMPARE

Who gets recommended?

Compare your business with relevant competitors. Explore the questions they appear in and identify opportunities where they have stronger coverage.

Competitors and sub brands

Competitor standings compare visibility, sentiment, and position. Detail views show mention history and trends. Suggested competitors come from scanned answers. Sub brands are brands or product lines you own; tracking them separately keeps them out of competitor standings. Suggested relationships should be verified.

04 / TRACE

Where does AI get its answers?

Inspect the websites and pages AI cites. Understand whether the answer is shaped by your own site, a review platform, an editorial article, or a community discussion.

Mentions, citations, and page coverage

Being named and being cited are different. Your-site reporting shows citation counts, answers citing you, pages used, citation share, and uncited pages within the selected period. Domain and URL trends show changing source usage. Managed-site reporting shows published placements and their citations once available.

05 / ACT

What are we working on?

Follow recommendations from the finding to the next step: stronger website content, technical improvements, outside coverage, and relevant community activity.

Priorities, drafts, and progress

Action cards connect a recommendation to an affected question or cited source, explain the gap, and outline steps. Todo, Drafts, Done, and Declined views distinguish proposed work from completed work. Drafts and community contributions are reviewed before publication. A recommendation is not proof of a result or a guaranteed placement.

06 / ALIGN

How does it support our strategy?

Your brand information guides the content. Branded reports and a human strategy review explain what changed, what was completed, and what deserves attention next.

Brand kit, reports, and business outcomes

The brand kit holds your description, voice, products, audiences, regions, and visual guidance. Reports can cover team performance, competitor comparisons, and citations. Dashboard access is paired with a monthly report and strategy review. Leads, bookings, and revenue need separate business data to connect visibility with outcomes.
